Elijah Gathua Muhoro is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths and Notary Public with over 14 years’ post-admission experience. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya, and the East Africa Law Society. His practice spans commercial dispute resolution, corporate governance, restructuring and insolvency, construction and engineering, land and property disputes, civil fraud and asset tracing, and cross-border commercial advisory.
He advises businesses, founders and families on complex disputes, regulatory risk, joint ventures, MoUs and commercial agreements, combining rigorous legal analysis with a practical, results-focused approach.
